Tongue tie, Lip tie, and Buccal Ties

We evaluate and treat tethered oral tissues for both infants and children using a CO2 Laser. The movement of the tongue and surrounding oral tissues can significantly impact function for young infants, children and even adults. We evaluate the oral structures to see who may be at risk for functional challenges and/or sleep disordered breathing Some of the symptoms people experience with tethered oral tissues are difficulty with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, solid foods, speech challenges and difficulties with breathing during sleep.

We use a CO2 Laser to complete our releases for ideal soft tissue management and to reduce post op side effects.
